2. Royal Bank franchising application and documentation
3. Historical sales data for Factory Optical Corporate Stores and Pro Forma financial statements
4. Market analysis pre-work
5. Business case template
6. Detailed Personal statement and Credit Bureau request
7. Sample Franchise Agreement

 

1. Where required, Factory Optical Management Inc., will liaise with RBC Franchising for pre-approved franchisee financing
2. The Pre-Approval phase is complete, the next step is to complete the legal work and finalize lease terms for the franchisee. A non – refundable franchise deposit is required at this time
3. Factory Optical Management Inc. will complete the store build out, begin the recruitment process with the involvement of the franchisee, and the franchisee will begin the Factory Optical Management training program.
